Good day!
I want to present to your court the last model I assembled in the past 2013 year.
Model pf “Archer” is involved in the GB in the self-propelled artillery.
Interestingly, at the time of completion of the model â December 27 - it was the second ready model of Archer (as far as known) in Russia and CIS.
The prototype itself is interesting because the gun was settled “butt-ahead”, i.e. muzzle brake was looking towards the MTO compartment.
The kit caused quite ambivalent feelings in my soul. Excellent detail and plastic, sometimes terrible connectivity. Also I didnât like etching. This you can read in detail at the construction section.
I liked working with the interior of the model. Particular headache for me were working latched trucks, the tapes were constantly falling apart.
Painting – Tamiya acrylics and AK Interactive, oil – 502 Abteilung, weathering – AK Interactive and Wilder.
P.S. On some photos it can be seen that the rollers are slightly shifted, I noticed it only on the photo and have already corrected it.
P.P.S. I ask not to search for materiel in the model, I tried to focus on painting.
